The Bollinger Canyon Elementary School Site Council is a collaborative decision-making group of parents and staff which meets monthly with the goal of providing each child with the best education possible. Composed of two teachers, three parents and the school principal, the primary task of the Site Council is to create and implement an annual School Improvement Plan that sets goals, looks at resources to increase student success and monitors effectiveness of school curriculum and programs. Members of the council serve two years, with parent members elected by the parent community as positions become available.
